GeoData for JSM Cloud is a companion app to GeoData for Jira Cloud, which provides integration with Jira Service Management Cloud. Users can display the GeoData Location custom fields on the customer portal to include geographical data in their requests.

The GeoData for JSM Cloud app is deprecated now. All the functionality for support of Geodata fields inside JSM was moved to the main app GeoData fro Jira Cloud.

Setup

The app can be installed from the Atlassian Marketplace. It requires the main GeoData app to be installed as well.

After installation, you need to link the apps. To do so, go to the API information subpage of the main app’s admin page on the Manage your apps screen. Here you will find your API URL. Please copy it and proceed to the GeoData API settings subpage of GeoData for JSM Cloud’s admin page. Paste your URL into the API URL field and save the form. GeoData for JSM Cloud should now be correctly configured.

If you wish to unpair the apps, just delete the address from the field and save the form.
